Gut Healthy Chocolate Milk
Get your chocolate fix without all the sugar! This Gut Healthy Chocolate Milk is free from artificial sweeteners and other additives that can hurt your gut. As a bonus, cocoa is known to promote friendly bacteria and reduce inflammation in the gut!
- 1 scoop Gut Garden Collagen
- 8-10 oz almond milk
- 2 tsp cacao powder
- 2 tsp powdered almond butter (we like Barney Butter)
- Sweetener to taste (maple syrup or honey work great!)
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend for best results. (You can also use a cocktail shaker if you don’t have access to a blender.) Pour into a glass and enjoy!
