Ingredients
1 cup frozen mango
1 frozen banana
1-2 handfuls of spinach
1-2 handfuls chopped kale
16-24 ounces of 100% coconut water (less water = thicker smoothie)
1 scoop Gut Garden Collagen Peptides OR
