Nut Butter Energy Balls

Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1 tsp flax seed
1/2 cup nut butter (look for just nuts and salt on the nutrition label)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tbsp honey or pure maple syrup
1 scoop Gut Garden Collagen Peptides
Handful of mini dark chocolate chips and/or cocoa nibs (optional)
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl (except chocolate chips)
Mix all wet ingredients in a small bowl
Combine both mixtures into a large bowl
Add chocolate chips/cocoa nibs
Roll mixture into one inch balls
Place onto a baking sheet covered in parchment paper
Put in the freezer for at least one hour to set
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days
